Our visit to Barbadillo winery

The wine making process
First vines are grown in a soil called 'Albariza'. 

Then, Palomino grapes are carefully cut from the vines.

After that, musts are poured in metal tanks.

Next to, The new wines are classified for ageing.

 The wine is fortified with alcohol from the wines.

Casks are made of American oak.

Then, older winesare blended with younger wines.

Later, Fino wines are aged under yeast or 'velo de flor'.

Finally, wine is bottled from the lower butt.

Manzanilla is produced only in Sanlúcar de Barrameda.

Barbadillo wines are sold worldwide.

My dear Pen Pals
_ Dear Pen Pals, my name is José, I’m 15 years old and I live on the outskirts of Chipiona, This city belongs to the province of Cádiz. I am a student of Caepionis Secondary school; I am a good student because I like studying but a little. I haven’t got any brothers or sister, I live in a house with my parents, my father is florist and my mother is housewife. My birthday is the 15th of January; I am one of the tallest  boys of my class. Chipiona has got many monuments, but the most important monument is the lighthouse, that is the third lighthouse more tall over the world, the typical food of Chipiona is grilled fish because is a coast city and the typical festival is the carnival, I was so much fun with my friends in my town carnival . I consider myself a type: generous, athletic, cheerful and a little shy. I hate politics sciences because for me are very boring. I love playing football with my friends and with my teachers because you can make faults, I play football twice a week because I play a league with my friends and also I go to the gym three times a week to stay in shape. My favorite football team is Real Madrid and my favorite player is Mesut Özil. In this summer I went to Costa Ballena to see the players of Seville football club and I took photos with them. I loves traveling, but I sometimes travel to other regions, my last holidays was when I went to Granada, is spectacular the snow of ‘Sierra Nevada’ (a mountain of Granada). When I'm older I want to be a biologist because I love the nature and our ecosystem. My hobbies are: going to the cinema, riding a bike, playing football and playing with the PS3, also I like reading, my favorite book are ‘The Boy in the Striped Pajamas’ and all the books of ‘Harry Potter’ and my favorite writer is J.K Rowling. My favorite animals are the goldfish.

Emma Watson
She was born in Paris and lived there until she was five years old. Emma Watson first played Hermione Granger in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone in 2000. She is also looking forward to new projects: " I am excited about the future", she says. It´s no easy to de "normal" when you're Emma Watson! Emma loves fashion and recently worked with the fair! trade clothing company People Tree. She was become a fashion icon, a cool student and a supporter of good causes. 
Emma says her education is an important as her career. She also went to school in Oxfordshire and got excellent grades in English Literature, Geography and Art. She cose an American university because she wanted to esperience a different country and culture.

SHERLOCK HOLMES

. Arthur Conan Doyle created Sherlock Holmes, in the 1887.
By age 14, he had learned French because he could read Jules Verne in the original.
One of his professors, Dr. Joseph Bell, was excellent at observation and deduction. He inspired the creation of Sherlock Holmes.
Seven million hardbacks and a 100 million paperbacks have been sold.

Robert Downey Jr. and Brad Pitt are two actors from the 2010 film.

 THEN AND NOW

Then: Iused to have short hair, black hair, glasses and Iwas a little fatwhen I was five years old and I used to be quiet and serious. I enjoyed watching TV, at all cartoons programs for Mickey Mouse and also I used to the park with my skate-board, but I used to dislike riding my bike, going to the school and play with his games and I used to go to the english academy.

Now: I have got long and brown hair, I am thin and now I am very confident, friendly and outgoing with all the people. I have loved football since I was 5 years  old my idol was the football player of Real Madrid, Zidane my best team is Real Madrid, I like playing football and playing with the Playstation 3 in my friend´s house, I dislike dancing and singing, I do not really like ice skating or bowling. This year I´ve joined the gym and I practice karate and taicondo twice a week.
